This dated foreclosure was Real Estate Revival's inaugural project. This house threw too many curve balls to mention (that is putting it mildly). The results speak for themselves and to the power of transformation.

A Modern Ranch

Walls were removed to create an open floor plan. A mudroom was added behind the custom barn door clad in reclaimed wood. The combination of recessed lighting and vintage style Edison bulbs were a crowd favorite. What was once an awkward 3' step down was fully extended the width of the room, adding a modern feel. Engineered hardwoods, cove crown and streamline trim complete this modern farm house aesthetic.

When Real Estate Revival purchased this two story 70's ranch, it had already been partially gutted. The house was dark, dated, and EVERY surface and system needed work.

Today, 234 Stonehurst is unrecognizable--in all the right ways...

EVERY surface and system was touched at some point during this full scale renovation. A master suite was configured, office added, and main floor became totally open concept. The design aesthetic took a more modern direction with mid-century flare.
